Insurance: All art work, furniture and antique pieces must be covered by clients insurance while under the care of Olly Gottschalk Solutions Ltd unless it has been specifically arranged by Olly Gottschalk Solutions Ltd.

Approval: Work will commence only upon written approval of submitted proposal. 

Payment is due from the Client within fourteen days of the date of any invoice submitted by Olly Gottschalk Solutions Ltd. If any invoice is not paid within fourteen days the invoice total shall bear compound interest at the rate of 10% above the base lending rate determined by the Bank of England, such interest being payable from the invoice due date until the date of receipt of cleared funds by Olly Gottschalk Solutions Ltd.
